Caring for Our Team: Comprehensive Health Services On-Site

We are proud to support the health and well-being of our employees by offering on-site wellness events.

In September, we partnered with Avera Mobile Mammography to provide convenient access to mammograms. When asked about moments that stood out from the event, Genesis Magana said, “The fact that women take care of everyone else in the family first and we tend to leave ourselves for last. This is something that really stood out to me as these women had years of not getting this done.”

“Employees loved it, especially that they didn’t have to request a day off to get something this important done. They can save that vacation day to actually spend with their family,” added Magana, benefits clerk.

The Avera Mobile team brought exceptional professionalism and care, creating a positive experience for our employees. Their dedication to ensuring comfort and quality was evident, and we’re excited to bring this service back next year.

In October, we collaborated with Walmart Pharmacy to offer flu vaccinations, helping our team stay healthy during flu season. Additionally, Siouxland Community Health Center provided on-site HIV screenings, emphasizing the importance of proactive health measures.

Magana, concluded, “No matter how ‘busy’ you are or what you have going on in your life, please get checked. With great health and life, we can do many things. Without it—there is not much we can do.”
