When Bayoulbi started at STF in 2018 on the production line from another meat processing facility, he had no idea what would be in store for him as he launched the beginning of his new career at STF; but immediately knew he wanted more. From one line to the next, he spent time learning as much as possible about STF and our processes.
Two years later, when the opportunity arose, Bayoulbi became a production trainer, educating current and new team members on how to make the meat cuts correctly and answering any questions.
With Bayoulbi’s evident growth and leadership, he was promoted to a production line supervisor after five more months.
