In 2018, we celebrated the first anniversary of production at our state-of-the-art facility, launched a second shift, received several awards that confirmed our commitment to Siouxland and gave back along the way. But more importantly, we celebrated with our employees.

Second shift is here!

To move the needle in the pork industry, you have to do big things. This is exactly what our facilities are designed to do. Using the latest automated technologies, state-of-the-art processing equipment while purposefully connecting every step between farms and family tables. Seaboard Triumph Foods has revolutionized pork production to create high quality products that consistently deliver to our diverse global consumers.

Our passion for pork drives our noble purpose: supporting our local communities while feeding the world. We do this by committing to our employees and our farmers. We do this by upholding our promises to our consumers. And we do this because we know no other way. 

Since May 2018, the plant had been running limited operations on second shift while continuing to hire and train employees. We officially began second shift pork processing on October 15th, 2018, and, after a ramp-up period to reach full production, we will employ more than 2,000 employees!
